UUA Misuse Of Canada's Blasphemy Law By Falsely Accusing Me Of The Crime Of Blasphemous Libel Certainly Nurtured MY Spirit, But What If Anything Did It Do To Help Heal The UU World?
Just asking. . .
On Friday June 1st of 2012, I received an "electronic communication" aka email from the Unitarian Universalist Association's Canadian attorney Stikeman Elliott Barristers & Solicitors litigation lawyer Maitre Marc-André Coulombe, that amongst other remarkably foolish things that remind me of U*U. . . stunningly hubristically misused Canada's blasphemy law by falsely accusing me of the archaic crime of blasphemous libel on the erroneous aka false aka unfounded aka unTrue basis that I have allegedly made "unfounded and vicious allegations to the effect that ministers of the Association engage in such despicable crimes as pedophilia and rape."
The UUA's Bat Shit Crazy blasphemous libel accusation against me was and IS false on several counts. . .
1) I have only ever made very Truthful, and readily verifiable, allegations to the effect that certain "ministers of the Association engage in such despicable crimes as pedophilia and rape." In fact, prior to Friday June 1st 2012, I had only publicly accused one single UUA minister of the despicable crime known as rape. i.e. Rev. Mack W. Mitchell who was convicted of the rape of vulnerable teenage Tibetan refugees who he had lured away from their families in India with promises of "a better life in America".
2) Prior to Friday June 1st, 2012, the one and only Unitarian Universalist who I had actually alleged to have engaged "in such despicable crimes as pedophilia AND rape" (to use Maitre Marc-André Coulombe's very own words) was Rev. Victoria Weinstein's First Parish Norwell parishioner Richard Buell, who was actually convicted of the forcible rape of preteen girls, including a neighbor's daughter and "a female family member", who were no older than 12 years old at the time that the rapes took place. Ergo, the only Unitarian Universalist person of inherent worth and dignity who I had very Truthfully (and not particularly viciously) described as being a "pedophile rapist" was not even numbered amongst "ministers of the Association" to the best of my knowledge.
3) Even if I actually had made "unfounded and vicious allegations to the effect that ministers of the Association engage in such despicable crimes as pedophilia and rape", as falsely alleged by the Unitarian Universalist Association's Canadian attorney Maitre Marc-André Coulombe, doing so would constitute ordinary libel against the Unitarian Universalist ministers in question, but it almost certainly would NOT actually constitute the criminal act of blasphemous libel against the Unitarian Universalist Association as Maitre Coulombe so arrogantly and aggressively, indeed just a tad brazenly... asserted in his ludicrous and more than a little bit laughable cease and desist demand letter.
Oh dear. . .
It looks like it's one. . . two. . . three strikes UUA leaders are OUT at the old ball game of legal bullying of clergy abuse victims, clergy misconduct whistleblowers, and clergy abuse critics.
No U*Us?
Poor UUA President Rev. Peter Morales, it would appear that his public opposition to Three Strikes Laws just doesn't help him out all that much in his UUA administration's inept attempt at Bat Shit Crazy legal bullying of Yours Truly.
I dare say that being bestowed with the (hopefully) unique honour and privilege of being falsely accused of blasphemy, indeed being unjustly accused of the archaic criminal act of blasphemous libel, by 21st century "Unitarians" (and Atheist Unitarian Universalist leaders like UUA President Rev. Peter Morales and retired UUA Executive *Vice* President Kathleen 'Kay Montgomery at that) certainly did plenty to NURTURE *my* ever so egotistical and narcissistic Spirit, but dare I ask Unitarian Universalists aka U*Us what, if anything. . . the UUA's inept attempt to misuse Canada's blasphemy law in utterly shameful Lance Armstrong style legal bullying, that was quite obviously intended to intimidate me into "memory holing" The Emerson Avenge blog posts about convicted UU rapists such as Rev. Mack W. Mitchell and Richard Buell, did to help heal the so-called UU World?
Do tell. . .
