Shouting “Fire!” In A Crowded Theatre Is OK As Long As There Happens To Be An Actual Fire Threatening The Safety Of Its Occupants. . .

This is a fairly straightforward concept that Unitarian Universalist military chaplain Rev. David Pyle apparently fails to understand in his Celestial Lands blog post titled -

'Free Speech, Responsibility, and Religious Violence'

So I politely pointed this fact out to him in the following comment that probably won't see the light of day on 'Celestial Lands'. . .

” You cannot shout “Fire!” in a crowded theatre… and you should not be able to publish hateful, vindictive propaganda about Islam without facing severe and significant consequences.”

Actually you can shout “Fire!” in a crowded theatre if there happens to be an actual fire threatening the safety of its occupants. BTW Does describing Islam as being numbered amongst “obsolete religions, created for another time” that “contribute to the darkness” of “fear, prejudice, and hatred” etc. etc. count as “hateful, vindictive propaganda about Islam”? Because if it does, you *can* do that if you are a “Humanist” UU minister running for President of the UUA. . .
