The Emerson Avenger

The Emerson Avenger is a "memory hole" free blog where censorship is scorned. This blog will "guard the right to know" about any injustices and abuses that corrupt Unitarian Universalism. Posters may speak and argue freely, according to conscience, about any injustices and abuses, or indeed hypocrisy, that they may know about so that the Avenger, in the form of justice and redress, may come surely and swiftly. . . "Slowly, slowly the Avenger comes, but comes surely." - Ralph Waldo Emerson

In 1992 I underwent a profound revelatory experience of God which revealed that the total solar eclipse "Eye of God" is a "Sign in the Heavens" that symbolizes God's divine omniscience. You may read about what Rev. Ray Drennan of the Unitarian Church of Montreal contemptuously dismissed as my "psychotic experience" here: - This revelatory religious experience inspired me to propose an inter-religious celebration of Creation that would take place whenever a total solar eclipse took place over our planet. You may read about what Rev. Ray Drennan and other leading members of the Unitarian Church of Montreal falsely and maliciously labeled as a "cult" here: - I am now an excommunicated Unitarian whose "alternative spiritual practice" includes publicly exposing and denouncing Unitarian*Universalist injustices, abuses, and hypocrisy. The Emerson Avenger blog will serve that purpose for me and hopefully others will share their concerns here. Dee Miller's term DIM Thinking is used frequently and appropriately on this blog. Gowling Lafleur Henderson Defamation And Media Lawyer Mark Bantey Gets Put On The Emerson Avenger's Eat Your Words Diet. . .

In this comment that I just posted in response to a 7 year old Vancouver Sun article headlined 'Rafe Mair wins libel appeal in Supreme Court', . .

"[The ruling] finally, finally puts to rest this lingering notion that comment or opinion has to be fair or reasonable," said Mark Bantey, an expert in media law with Gowlings law firm in Montreal. "It gives constitutional protection to all opinions, no matter how outrageous, so long as they are based on the facts."

My opinions about "retired" Montreal Gazette "Justice Reporter" Sue Montgomery being complicit in Unitarian Universalist cover-up and denial of UU clergy sexual misconduct, including what Stikeman Elliott Barristers & Solicitors litigation lawyer Maitre Marc-André Coulombe describes as "such despicable crimes as pedophilia and rape", are most certainly based on readily verifiable facts and supported by plenty of evidence. So I find it curious and quite ironic that Gowlings defamation and media lawyer Mark Bantey, who uttered these words almost seven years ago, actually had the gall to falsely accuse me of libeling Sue Montgomery six months ago, when I can quite readily demonstrate that I told the Truth about not only her indirect complicity in Unitarian Universalist cover-up and denial of UU clergy sexual misconduct, but even her active involvement in Unitarian Universalist efforts to suppress my peaceful public protest against UU clergy sexual misconduct as well as non-sexual forms of UU clergy abuse.
