Today is the 1st anniversary of my rightful acquittal of the bogus criminal harassment charges that Unitarian Universalist clergy sex abuse cover-up enabler, #BeenRapedNEVERreported co-founder, and Valérie Plante's first choice for Deputy Mayor of Montreal, Montreal Unitarian U*U Sue Montgomery somehow persuaded an SPVM sergeant detective to have me arrested for in December 2017, and Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II (as represented by Québec Crown Prosecutors aka "The Crown") to have me charged with in January 2018.
Sadly, Montreal Unitarian clergy abuse cover-up enabler Sue Montgomery is not satisfied with Québec Court judge Flavia Longo's "not guilty" verdict, and is remarkably foolishly seeking to appeal my rightful acquittal of the bogus criminal harassment charges that she somehow persuaded Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II, as represented by "The Crown", to bring against me but, so far. . . there has been no ruling by Québec Superior Court on that Big Fat U*U Legal Matter. I believe that the correct legal decision is for Québec Superior Court to uphold Québec Court judge Flavia Longo's rightful acquittal, but I would be only too happy to have a Big Fat U*U Retrial if that is what a Québec Superior Court judge rules.
