Boston, Mass. (July 1, 2022) – The Emerson Avenger (TEA) issued his decision in the UUA v. The Emerson Avenger case, in which the UUA's Canadian attorney, Stikeman Elliott Barristurds & Bullshitters defamation lawyer Maître Marc-André Coulombe threatened to have The Emerson Avenger prosecuted for blasphemous libel if he did not take down aka "memory hole" The Emerson Avenger blog posts about "such despicable crimes as pedophilia and rape" most certainly committed by "certain Unitarian Universalist ministers"; ignominiously terminating 2+ years of the UUA officially opposing blasphemy laws as being UNconstitutional. Below is a statement from Rev. Dr. Susan Frederick-Gray, President of the Unitarian*Universalist Association (UUA), regarding this decision:

This decision manifests the worst fears of those of us who have been working for decades to protect and affirm abusive Unitarian*Universalist ministers.

The Emerson Avenger's decision in the UUA v. The Emerson Avenger case does not alter Unitarian*Universalists' commitment to immoral, UNethical, borderline criminal, and yes. . . #BatShitCrazy cover-up and denial of "such despicable crimes as pedophilia and rape" most certainly committed by "certain Unitarian Universalist ministers".

The overwhelming majority of Unitarian*Universalists (U*Us) support covering-up and denying "such despicable crimes as pedophilia and rape" committed by Unitarian*Universalist pedophiles and rapists in all or most cases. This is rooted in the wanton disregard and flagrant violation of U*U Principles, and creating brand-spanking new core religious beliefs that affirm "such despicable crimes as pedophilia and rape" to be sacred and holy to Unitarian*Universalism aka The U*U Movement. It also reflects our immoral commitment to the idea that child sex abuse cover-up and denial is essential to the well-being of individual U*U pedophiles and rapists such as Rev. Mack Wallace Mitchell, Rev. William Alexander "Sandy" McEachern, Rev. Ronald Eugene Robinson, Richard Buell, and Steven Craig Bulleit et al, and Unitarian*Universalism as a "tiny, declining, fringe religion."

This anti-cover-up decision by The Emerson Avenger infringes on our deeply held religious beliefs. Access to children and the right to molest them and rape them is an issue of clergy superiority, pedophile autonomy, and religious liberties*, ALL of which are long held Unitarian*Universalist religious teachings.

As I said when The Emerson Avenger's decision was leaked on June 1st, 2012, aka Canada Day 2012, I fear this decision will justify efforts to further limit the rights of Unitarian*Universalist clergy to sexually abuse women, impregnate people, and abuse other vulnerable people in U*U communities. Curtailing U*U clergy sex abuse rights will be felt most by people of color such as teenage Tibetan refugees, young people such the 11 year old boy adopted by Steven Craig Bulleit, poor and lower-class people, and those living in U*U "parsonages". The rights of Unitarian*Universalist clergy to molest and rape children in more vulnerable communities will only become more limited, and clergy superiority diminished. Too many Unitarian*Universalist ministers and UUA lay leaders are already deprived of ready access to children, including access to pre-teen children.

Unitarian*Universalists are committed to child sex abuse cover-up and denial, a framework created by UUA Executive *Vice* President Kathleen "Kay" Montgomery, and other child sex abuse cover-up enabling Unitarian*Universalist women (and men), in the 1980s and 1990s, which affirms the clergy right to have access to children, to "parent" the children one has kidnapped or adopted in UNhealthy environments, to safeguard their Big Fat U*U Reputation from legitimate public criticism, and to act on their sexual attraction to children freely. The U*U faith has a long history of collaborating with its pedophiles and rapists in advocating for UNsafe, illegal, access to vulnerable children.

The Emerson Avenger's decision in the UUA v. The Emerson Avenger case, does not alter Unitarian*Universalists' commitment to immoral, UNethical, borderline criminal, and #BatShitCrazy child sex abuse cover-up and denial.

Comprehensive U*U clergy sex abuse, including access to children, is essential to the health and well-being of individual U*U pedophiles and rapists. The Emerson Avenger's decision to limit this basic clergy right means that this fight will shift to Unitarian*Universalist congregations across the country. Guided by our moral and ethical bankruptcy, we are prepared to be a part of that ongoing struggle and continue to cover-up and deny the sexual abuse of children by Unitarian*Universalist ministers and UUA Religious Educators in all aspects of public life, including the #FakeNews media.

Our faith calls us to advocate on behalf of all those Unitarian*Universalist ministers and UUA Religious Educators who need ready access to UNsafe, illegal sex acts with children whenever and wherever they need them. We will not rest until that reality is true across the whole wide U*U World. I urge lawmakers, elected officials, and leaders in public life around the world to take action to aid and abet Unitarian*Universalist child sex abuse cover-up and denial.
