Maitre Marc-André Coulombe Of Stikeman Elliott LLP Barristers & Solicitors Is So Vicious He Hit Me With A Big Fat U*U Flower. . .

Flower as is in -

"The highest example or best representative:

the flower of our generation."

that is. . .

Yes U*Us, quite regrettably for members in The U*U Movement aka Unitarian Universalism aka The Tiny Declining Fringe Religion™, Maitre Marc-André Coulombe had the Big Fat U*U Audacity to hit me with what will be seen by many persons of inherent worth and dignity as the highest *example*, or best representative, of the outrageously hypocritical double standards that are so shamelessly exercised by the Unitarian Universalist Association of Congregations, indeed the Big Fat U*U "Flower" of arrogant Unitarian Universalist hubris. . .

Herewith, as requested by the cowardly anonymous "collective authorship" of the Robin Edgar Sucks blog, the full colour digital photographs of the outrageously hypocritical and really quite ludicrous cease & desist demand letter that Stikeman Elliott lawyer aka solicitor Maitre Marc-André Coulombe sent me by "electronic communication" aka email just over a month ago on Friday June 1st, 2012 and which was served to me by a Paquette Associés bailiff several days later.

My blog will not host ads for your off-topic BS, Robin. You certainly have bigger issues than your current legal troubles, and until you get the mental health care you need, I refuse to play into your delusions of grandeur any longer.

You don't matter. You have chosen to waste your life tilting at windmills, and that is sad but it makes you and your life irrelevant to me, and pretty much the rest of the world.

You are clearly a smart man. You are fairly well spoken between bouts of ranting. You have value. You choose to flush it away on this inane quest for fictional justice. I don't have time in my life to pity you any more actively. Good luck, but until you change your life for the better, you will be ignored.

:My blog will not host ads for your off-topic BS, Robin.

I'm not sure where this is coming from Thomas. Is it your way of responding to a comment that I submitted to your blog? It seems rather off-topic here. . . I can assure you that when I do post comments to your blog, or anyone else's for that matter, the comment is "on-topic" to part or all of the blog post in question or sometimes responding to pre-existing comments. As far as BS goes there is very little BS in the comments I post but you sure picked the right TEA blog post to talk about BS aka Bullshit considering just how much BS in contained in the frivolous &or ridiculous &or hypocritical &or just plain false accusations that the UUA has so foolishly brought against me in this Stikeman Elliott mise-en-demeure. . .

:You certainly have bigger issues than your current legal troubles,

Current legal troubles? What current legal troubles? If *anyone* has legal troubles here it is the UUA not me. . . For the record I haven't heard boo out of either the UUA or Stikeman Elliott attorney Marc-André Coulombe since early June when I made it clear to them both just how full of shit their legal bullying was.

:and until you get the mental health care you need, I refuse to play into your delusions of grandeur any longer.

Delusions of grandeur eh? Hey, if the UUA want to accuse me of the crime of "blasphemous libel" for telling the Truth about some U*U pedophiles and rapists I can't help it if that foolish decision puts me more or less in the same boat as Joan of Arc and famous Unitarian Michael Servetus, at least on the accusations front. I have little fear of being burned at the stake over this or even going to jail considering just how frivolous and *unfounded* the UUA's accusations are.

:You don't matter. You have chosen to waste your life tilting at windmills, and that is sad but it makes you and your life irrelevant to me, and pretty much the rest of the world.

Actually the rest of the world aka the real world gets a pretty good chuckle out of my tilting at Big Fat U*U Windbags Thomas. You have no idea just how foolish Unitarian Universalists look right now as a result of this foolish UUA attempt at legal intimidation. I can assure you that many of the people who I have shown this legal document to have burst out laughing and, regardless of whether they or not they quite literally LOLed at it, they ALL saw it as a rather lame attempt at legal bullying. Indeed some of them used that exact term -

legal bullying

Call my criticism "ranting" if you want Thomas, but doing so in no way diminishes the validity of my very legitimate public criticism of U*U injustices, abuses and hypocrisy. BTW Don't you think this UUA legal letter smacks of legalistic *ranting* Thomas?

:You have value. You choose to flush it away on this inane quest for fictional justice.

Sorry Thomas but I am fighting for *real* justice for me and other people who have been treated in an intolerant and/or abusive manner by Unitarian Universalists. The only "fictional justice" involved in this war of words is the "fictional justice" aka fake and false "justice" that hypocritical U*Us have meted out to me and other victims of U*U injustice and abuses. Come to think of it Thomas, considering just how full of legalistic UUA BS this Stikeman Elliott mise-en-demeure is it serves a fine example of U*U "fictional justice". . . Looks like you're now on The Emerson Avenger's U*U World famous Eat Your Words Diet now Thomas.

:I don't have time in my life to pity you any more actively. Good luck, but until you change your life for the better, you will be ignored.

Be my guest Thomas, add yourself to the list of the thousands of U*U hypocrites who ignore me at their peril. . . :-) And no Thomas, that is not "threatening language" against you, as the UUA and Stikeman Elliott attorneys might like to *pretend*. It's just a realistic observation as to how willfully ignoring my legitimate grievances has not done the Unitarian Universalist religious community any favors over the last decade and a half. . .

Seems like a pretty reasonable request to me, actually.

If you haven't a clue what you are talking about, it is usually advisable not to speak up. . .

You obviously do not know the background to the ridiculous demands being made by Maitre Marc-André Coulombe on behalf of the UUA and two female U*U ministers, one of whom is numbered amongst the most obnoxious verbally abusive U*U "pastors" I have had the misfortune to run into. . . In fact, as I have pointed out to the UUA's Canadian attorney Maitre Coulombe in subsequent emails, Rev. Victoria Weinstein's "sodomy fantasy" could be quite justifiably described as "threatening and defamatory conduct amounting to sexual harassment" of South Dakota state senator Bill Napoli. My blog posts about Peacebang's Big Fat U*U Sodomy Fantasy publicly criticize her "threatening and defamatory conduct", how does that amount to "sexual harassment" of Rev. Weinstein?

It is by no means reasonable for the UUA, or indeed Maitre Coulombe in his capacity as an attorney, to accuse me of the archaic crime of blasphemous libel for *allegedly* making "unfounded and vicious allegations to the effect that ministers of the Association engage in such despicable crimes as pedophilia and rape" when I have done no such thing. . . The few Unitarian Universalists who I have described as rapists were charged with rape, tried for rape, convicted of rape and incarcerated for committing the despicable crime of rape. One of these U*U rapists was convicted of the forcible rape of preteen girls who were as young as 9 or 10 years old at the time the rapes were committed, thus justifying my description of him as a "pedophile rapist".

Before spouting off again I suggest that you engage in a free and *responsible* search for the Truth and meaning of what I say in this and other blog posts and what the UUA is actually claiming in its highly misleading, and in part outright false, cease and desist demand letters.

Enjoying your blog, sir.

Curious about the above comment, "The few Unitarian Universalists who I have described as rapists were charged with rape, tried for rape, convicted of rape and incarcerated for committing the despicable crime of rape. One of these U*U rapists was convicted of the forcible rape of preteen girls who were as young as 9 or 10 years old at the time the rapes were committed, thus justifying my description of him as a "pedophile rapist""

Would love to know the convicted rapist(s) names.

Rev. Mack Wallace Mitchell of the Northboro and Westboro Unitarian Universalist parishes in Massachusetts was convicted of the forcible rape of teenage Tibetan refugees who he had lured away from their families in India with promises of "a better life in America."

Richard Buell was a parishioner in Rev. Dr. Victoria Weinstein's former parish of First Parish Norwell Unitarian church. To the best of my knowledge he was never an ordained Unitarian Universalist minister, but he was the only U*U I described as a "pedophile rapist" on this blog prior to being accused of blasphemous libel by the UUA's Canadian attorney.

Neither Maitre Marc-André Coulombe, nor top-level UUA leadership, ever properly identified which The Emerson Avenger blog posts they alleged to contain "unfounded and vicious allegations to the effect that ministers of the Association engage in such despicable crimes as pedophilia and rape", but I can reasonably assume that Maitre Coulombe and the UUA wanted the blog posts at these URLs to be "memory holed". . .

Most ironically, less than three years after the UUA falsely accusd me of the criminal act of blasphemous libel in Bill Cosby style legal bullying that was-is obviously intended to intimidate me into taking down aka "memory holing" my blog posts about convicted rapists Rev. Mack Wallace Mitchell and Richard Buell, the UU World magazine published a very brief and quite "sanitized" version of "the Mack Mitchell story" in its Winter 2014 issue in an article titled 'Reforms take aim at clergy misconduct'.

"In the early ’90s, three instances of UU clergy misconduct brought national media attention. In the most shocking case, the Rev. Mack Mitchell was arrested and convicted in 1992 for raping a teenage girl he had helped to emigrate from Tibet. Mitchell lost his job and ministerial fellowship, after members of the Massachusetts congregation he served raised an alarm. He was imprisoned for three years."

See: http://www.uuworld.org/articles/reforms-aim-clergy-misconduct

What the sanitized version fails to mention is that the members of Rev. Mack Mitchell's Unitarian Universalist church who "raised an alarm" by reporting the rapes etc. to the poloce when one of Mack Mitchell's victims informed them about his sexual abuse sabotaged an effort by either the UUA, or the U*U church(es) in question, or both in collaboration with each other to cagole or coerce the victim(s) into signing confidentiality agreements that would have prevented Rev. Mack Mitchell's egregious clergy sexual misconduct from coming to light. . . The few church members who did the right thing by reporting the rapes to the police were subsequently ostracized and shunned by their fellow congregants and some of them left the church in disgust with this shunning and ostracism etc.
