The Philocrites blog "Memory Hole"

Philocrites aka Chris Walton has "memory holed" most of my posts to his blog.

In spite of his lame excuses and cynical rationalisation of his suppression of my posts he is clearly and unequivocally engaging in censorship.

This thread will be dedicated to posting most if not all of my posts that have been "memory holed" by Chris Walton aka Philocrites. The content of my "memory holed" posts and the context of the threads that they were posted to will show that Philocrites' assertion that - "

I've only "memory holed" comments that veer wildly off topic or that violate basic courtesy, Robin.

Is a falsehood aka a lie. . .

For starters here is a "memory holed" post that I made recently to his blog. Unfortunately it will have to be known as the "Unknown Post" because I forgot to record which thread I originally posted it to. . .

Philocrites you know very well that you yourself tolerate or look the other way or quietly agree with outrageous statements and causes in UU churches and larger religious movement.

The following "memory holed" post was made to Philocrites' What's next for UU blogs? thread on Hallowe'en

I've picked a theme, with a reasonably tight focus, something I've thought about and written about and read about, something I might be able to write a clever, concise book about if only I had the time. . .

Think of the possibilities: A blog focused entirely on questions newcomers to a UU church might have. . .

A blog about the social dynamics of congregational, and indeed denominational. . . injustices and abuses. A blog that exposes on liturgical and promotional hypocrisy.

We have the technology. . .

: You don't need to act right away. . .

Slowly, slowly but surely. . .

: but my friends and colleagues, put this thought in your six-month plan:

How about my six year plan or indeed sixteen year plan?

Here is a way that my voice and my insights could genuinely advance the principles and purposes of your religious movement -

God knows your thoughts.

Think about it. . .

The following not so completely unexpected. . . and really quite hilarious, five word zinger of a response to Bill Baar's Hallowe'en post to Philocrites' 'Davidson Loehr on fascism' thread was promptly "memory holed" by Philocrites. I later posted a reworked version of this initial comment but it was promptly "memory holed" too. . .

At the time the web page that is now directly linked to from the word Google was number one in Google for a search on -

"Davidson Loehr" israel palestinians

Bill Baar:

You don't have to look hard for today's facists. Here's Al Jeezera on Iranian President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad's call to wipe Israel off the map.

Ahmadinejad's not joking.

Don't you just love Google?

Here is the follow-up comment post that I submitted after Philocrites "memory holed" my five word zinger. I have removed the HTML code since it no longer works due to changing page rankings in Google.

C'mon Chris my response to Bill Baar's post above was way too funny to "memory hole". . .

Here it is again -

Don't you just love Google?

Alternative method - run a Google search on -

"Davidson Loehr" israel palestininians

just copy and paste the above line and then hit the I'm Feeling Lucky Button. . .

If UU're feeling lucky that is!

Go ahead. . . Make my day. . . ;-)

Obviously if UUs had clicked on Google's "I'm Feeling Lucky" button at the time they would have gone directly to Davidson Loehr's proverbial 15 minutes worth of "world fame" on Al-jazeerah's web site.

Of course it would be to difficult to figure out which thread it was posted to because you never seem to care about the subject of the post. Perhaps being memory holed is his way of doing you a favor and hiding your stupidity.

Not true at all. Almost every single comment that I have made responds to either the topic and concepts presented in the original post that I am responding to, or to the topic and concepts presented in the follow-up comments made by others. The "Unknown Post" that you refer to is a perfect example of this. I was able to find the no longer "Unknown" Philocrites (aka Chris Walton) post that I responded to by making some judicious use of the Google search function on Philocrites blog. It is the 'David Neiwert on pseudo fascism' thread found here.

In a follow-up comment to his original post, responding to a comment by Kevin McCulloch, Philocrites said -

Back during the run-up to the invasion of Iraq, I criticized liberals who looked the other way about International ANSWER. . .

and went on to say -

consider how indulgently many liberals tolerate or look the other way or quietly agree with outrageous statements and causes in our churches and larger religious movement. Why do we do this? How do we believe it's helping to strengthen liberal religion?

As you, or at least anyone with a modicum of intelligence or sensitivity. . . can see my post that Chris Walton aka Philocrites promptly "memory holed" perfectly justifiably criticized him for doing exactly the same things that he criticizes in others in terms of his own willfully ignorant, and indeed conscientiously stupid. . . responses to the very real injustices and abuses that I have been subjected to by UUs. Chris Walton (aka Philocrites) and no shortage of other UUs, including yourself. . . tolerate or look the other way or quietly agree with outrageous statements and causes in YOUR churches and YOUR larger religious movement.

My response is additionally highly pertinent to Philocrites' hypocritical comment in that the well documented serious injustices and abuses that I have been subjected to by UUs clearly involve "outrageous statements" made by UUs, including "Humanist" UU clergy such as Rev. Ray Drennan and top UUA officials such as Rev. Diane Miller, some of which arise directly from the "antireligious secularism" of Rev. Ray Drennan and other fundamentalist atheist "Humanist" UUs and that the UU response to my legitimate grievances and subsequent public protest is symptomatic of antidemocratic and antihumanist totalitarianism.

: Perhaps being memory holed is his way of doing you a favor and hiding your stupidity.

Not at all. . . Philocrites "memory holed" my perfectly legitimate criticism of his obvious hypocrisy and complacency in order to do himself, and other outrageously hypocritical and conscientiously stupid UUs, a "favor" by covering-up and hiding his own and other UUs' now very well documented sincere ignorance and conscientious stupidity.

Be assured that I will not be "memory holing" this online evidence of your own sincere ignorance and conscientious stupidity. . .

Whoo hoo!!! Progress. You have admitted some of your comments are not related to topics presented (otherwise you would have said all were related). Thank you for finally owning up to being a troll. Sincerely, thank you. The first step to getting beyond a problem is admitting you have a problem. Now please go join trolls anonymous.

So you were not "unable" to find the proper post you were just being lazy. Way to care about the quality of your blog posts.

Oh, and yeah I will remain ignorant of your blatherings in regards to percieved injustices because I don't look at products from spammers, nor am I sensitive to the plight of trolls.

Anyone with a modicum of intelligence will see that you grasp at any topic and try to make it pertinent to your particular agenda. Your motivations are transparent. You are posting to further your particular aims, not join in a community discussion.

Your behavior is the issue here. Once that is addressed and you stop acting like an obnoxious troll perhaps we can move on to actually discussing your percieved injustices in a sincere manner.
