A Miranda Rights Warning For SPVM Police Officers Who Say And/Or Do Stupid Things Courtesy Of The Emerson Avenger
As a result of Station 11 SPVM police officers continuing to say and do stupid things during quite unnecessary police interventions in my peaceful public protest against Unitarian Universalist injustices, abuses, and hypocrisy in front of the Unitarian Church of Montreal I have decided to draw up the following Miranda Rights Warning for "less than professional" police officers of the Service de police de la Ville de Montréal.
Unfortunately it comes a day late for SPVM officer M. M. Roy. . .
You have the right to remain silent.
Anything you say or do can and will be held against you in a U*UTube video. . .
You have the right to participate in a Quebec Police Ethics Commission conciliation meeting.
If you have not already had a Quebec Police Ethics Commission complaint brought against you, we can arrange an appointment for you.
Do you understand these rights as they have been blogged to you?
There are more U*UTube videos of less recent "less than professional" SPVM police interventions in my "alternative spiritual practice" of peaceful public protest, including one that was actually used as evidence in a Quebec Police Ethics Commission complaint that I brought against Sergeant Detective Scott Darragh after he uttered some words that constituted fairly serious police intimidation and harassment. I reserve the right to post such archived videos of SPVM police officers behaving badly to YouTube at my discretion.
