Are you proud of your contemptible and shameful, indeed quite literally blameworthy. . . role in indirectly aiding and abetting Unitarian Universalist cover-up and denial of clergy abuse that includes, but is by no means limited to, what the Unitarian Universalist Association's Canadian attorney describes as "such despicable crimes as pedophilia and rape"?

You and your "less than honest" client(s), i.e. Montreal Unitarian clergy abuse cover-up enabler Sue Montgomery and The Gazette, have obstinately refused to formally withdraw the false accusations of libel that Sue Montgomery persuaded you to bring against me in the "less than ethical" cease and desist demand letter that you had me served with on December 4th, 2014; and have yet to properly and publicly apologize for those bringing those false accusations.



You and your clergy sex abuse cover-up enabling client(s) have willfully ignored my emails, to say nothing of my protests outside The Gazette's editorial offices. . . that make it abundantly obvious that The Gazette's "less than ethical", and now "retired". . . judicial reporter, self-described "Justice Reporter" Sue Montgomery, is in fact guilty of all of the things that I was accusing her of in 2014, which I am still accusing her of in late 2021.

In fact, Montreal Unitarian clergy abuse cover-up enabler Sue Montgomery is even more guilty of being complicit with, and even directly involved in, the cover-up and denial of Unitarian Universalist sexual abuse that includes pedophilia and the "unnatural rape" of children than she was in 2014. Sue Montgomery has told journalists that "there is no such sexual abuse" in the Unitarian church on multiple occasions. She has also made similar public statements in one or more publications on social media. Sue Montgomery is even on public record as making such ludicrous claims on CBC Radio programs, including 'As Shit Happens'. . .


Sue Montgomery's direct personal involvement in attempts to suppress my peaceful public protest against Unitarian Universalist clergy abuse etc. outside the Unitarian "Church" of Montreal now includes falsely accusing me of criminal harassment and breach of conditions for very peacefully blowing the whistle on her past and ongoing involvement in Unitarian Universalist clergy sex abuse cover-up and denial. The videos in this The Emerson Avenger blog post document Valérie Plante's UNethical victim playing Deputy Mayor Sue Montgomery not only trying to get me arrested for breach of conditions a month after much original release conditions had been modified to allow me to resume my peaceful public protests outside the Unitarian "Church" of Montreal, but even going so far as to kick and throw my signs that protest against Unitarian Universalist clergy sex abuse etc. into the street and bike lane:

I consider such truculent and reprehensible behavior to not only be "conduct unbecoming" of ANY politician, but to constitute literal "hands on participation" in Unitarian Universalist child sex abuse cover-up efforts.

You leave me with very little choice but to file a formal complaint against you with the Bureau du Syndic du Barreau du Québec later this month or early next year. As you know very well, this has always been an option open to me since you falsely accused me of making "libellous statements" about Montreal Unitarian child sex abuse cover-up enabler Sue Montgomery when In was telling the readily verifiable Truth about her, but I wanted to give you ample opportunity to unilaterally and voluntarily accept personal responsibility for your "less than ethical" legal bullying before exercising that option. In hindsight I probably should have filed a complaint against you with the Bureau de Syndic some years ago, but there were various reasons for holding off doing so. Those reasons for holding off filing a formal complaint against you with the Syndic no longer exist.

It must not be shared or communicated in any manner whatsoever with The Gazette's former "Justice Reporter" Sue Montgomery without my express permission, and you do not have that permission at this point in time.

Besides being the second day of the Unitarian Univeralist holiday known as Chalica, which is dedicated to celebrating the Second Principle of Unitarian Univetsalism (the principle that calls for "justice, equity and compassion in human relations"), today is also the 4th anniversary of the highly questionable, indeed in my Canadian Charter Of Rights & Freedoms protected right to opinion, the outright false accusations of defamation and libel that you brought against me on December 4th of 2014; in a "less than honest" cease and desist demand letter that was handed to me by Montreal bailiff Hugo Doucet while I was protesting against former Montreal Gazette "Justice Reporter" Sue Montgomery's complicity in Unitarian Universalist clergy abuse cover up efforts outside La Tulipe. It is now exactly four years, indeed it is 1461 days, since you more than a little bit questionably asserted that your ostensible client, The Gazette's "Justice Reporter" Ms. Sue Montgomery "will not hesitate to initiate the appropriate legal proceedings against (Yours Truly)". As you are well aware, Sue Montgomery was, and still is. . . extremely hesitant to act on her threat to "initiate the appropriate legal proceedings" against Yours Truly to attempt to prove in a court of law that her-your dubious allegations to the effect that my public statements about Sue Montgomery's complicity in Unitarian Universalist "church" clergy abuse cover-up efforts were-are allegedly "defamatory statements" aka "libellous statements". I am very confident that the primary reason that Sue Montgomery never dared to initiate "the appropriate legal proceedings" against me is because both you and Sue Montgomery, to say nothing of The Gazette editor Lucinda Chodan and other Gazette employees, knew perfectly well that there were, and still are. . . ZERO  *appropriate* legal proceedings that Sue Montgomery could take against me.

In that my public statements about Sue Montgomery's complicity in Unitarian Universalist clergy abuse cover-up effiorts, that you pretended were "defamatory statements" aka "libellous statements" in your meaningless "mise en demeure", are not only very truthful, but supported by various forms of evidence that serve to prove their truthfulness, there were only quite INappropriate and UNethical legal proceedings that Sue Montgomery could have initiated against me.

It came to my attention earlier this year that, although you claimed to be representing Ms. Sue Montgomery as an individual in your quite entertaining, and quite literally laughable "mise en demeure", you were in fact hired by The Gazette "newspaper", not just Sue Montgomery as a private individual, to falsely accuse me of libeling Sue Montgomery in institutional legal bullying that sought to intimidate Yours Truly into deleting aka "memory holing" the very truthful statements that I have made about Sue Montgomery's complicity in Unitarian Universalist clergy abuse cover-up efforts on The Emerson Avenger blog and in social media on the internet. In a news report written by The Gazette's veteran "Crime Reporter" Paul Cherry, which was published on January 3rd of this year, and headlined 'Man charged with harassment of C.D.N.-N.D.G. Mayor Sue Montgomery', The Gazette reported that:

"Edgar, who had been previously warned by the Montreal Gazette about posting defamatory material about Montgomery. . . yadda yadda yadda"

I interpret that statement written by Paul Cherry, and published by The Gazette (presumably after being screened by a news editor), to mean that "the Montreal Gazette" as an institution, not just "Ms. Sue Montgomery" as an individual, hired you to falsely accuse Yours Truly of "posting defamatory material about Montgomery" in an effort to help Sue Montgomery to conceal her UNethical, to say nothing of quite shameful, complicity in Unitarian Universalist clergy abuse cover-up efforts from the public. I thus must hereby demand that the Montreal Gazette as an institution must formally withdraw the false accusations of defamation and libel that it so DIShonestly, and so UNethically, hired you to bring against Yours Truly in the "less than honest" cease and desist demand letter that you wrote and had me served with at the behest of The Gazette, most probably with the full knowledge and approval (dare I say "consent"?) of The Gazette's "Editor In Chief" Lucinda Chodan and other top-level managers of The Gazette. Please inform The Gazette editor Lucinda Chodan, and other appropriate Gazette management staff and legal counsel, of my demand that The Gazette must formally withdraw its false accusations of defamation and libel against me, and publicly apologize to me for bringing these UNethical false accusations against me in shameful institutional legal bullying. Until such a time as The Gazette formally withdraws the false accusations that it so foolishly hired you to bring against me, and publicly apologizes for bringing these shameful false accusations against me, I will consider The Gazette to be obstinately, and quite foolishly, standing by the demonstrably false accusations of defamation and libel it brought against me four years ago, and you can rest assured that I will be governing myself accordingly.

In the spirit of Chalica, I am quite generously giving both you and The Gazette "newspaper" until sunset on the Winter Solstice of 2018 to voluntarily and responsibly comply with my quite reasonable demand for what the Unitarian Universalist "religion" calls "justice, equity, and compassion in human relations" before taking any further action to seek justice and equity in this matter.

So Happy Second Day Of Chalica 2018 Mr. Bantey, and please DO govern yourself accordingly.
