To: Maître Marc-André Coulombe and Corrupt Child Sex Abuse Cover-Up Enabling UUA Leadership,

It is now nine years and six months to the day that the Unitarian Universalist Association of Congregations' Canadian attorneys sent me this #BatShitCrazy cease and desist demand letter which, amongst other "less than honest" accusations, falsely accuses Yours Truly of the archaic criminal act of blasphemous libel for blogging about "such despicable crimes as pedophilia and rape" committed by "ministers of the Association", not to mention Rev. Dr. Victoria Weinstein's pedophile rapist First Parish Norwell parishioner Richard Buell. . . Within days of being falsely accused of violating Canada's archaic, and now repealed, anti-blasphemy law by The Tiny Declining Fringe Religion™ aka The U*U Movement for blogging about "less than perfect" Unitarian Universalists who had actually been charged, tried, and convicted of committing "such despicable crimes as pedophilia and rape", I made it clear to the Unitarian Universalist Association aka UUA aka U*U eh? that I expected it to formally withdraw that false accusation of blasphemous libel, publicly apologize for it, and publicly disclose the Truth about just how many Unitarian Universalist ministers, to say nothing of UUA Religious Educators. . . were in fact guilty of committing "such despicable crimes." To date, the Unitarian Universalist Association has stubbornly resisted complying with those quite reasonable demands that arose out of its abusive misuse of Canada's anti-blasphemy law in immoral, UNethical, borderline criminal, and yes. . . #BatShitCrazy child sex abuse cover-up legal bullying.

I have said it before, but it bears repeating, that I will consider the Unitarian Universalist "religion", as represented by the Unitarian Universalist Association and the UUA's "less than ethical" Canadian attorneys (please note my use of the plural as per your own words Maître Coulombe . . .), to be falsely accusing Yours Truly of blaspheming against Unitarian Universalism aka The Tiny Declining Fringe Religion™ for blogging about some of The U*U Movement's pedophiles and rapists until such a time that the Unitarian Universalist Association formally withdraws its false accusation of blasphemous libel. The UUA's false accusation of blasphemous libel does not magically vanish into thin air just because it is false, and now completely UNenforceable in that Canada's blasphemy law was repealed three years ago in 2018. I will not even begin to consider the UUA's false accusation of blasphemous libel to be "a thing of the past" until such a time as it is formally withdrawn and repudiated by the Unitarian Universalist Association and its "less than honest" Canadian attorneys, namely Stikeman Elliott Barristers & Bullshitters LLP. I consider the UUA's obstinate refusal to formally withdraw its false accusation of blasphemous libel, publicly apologize for it, and publicly disclose the Truth about "such despicable crimes as pedophilia and rape" most certainly committed by "certain Unitarian Universalist ministers" to be part and parcel of the UUA's past and ongoing attempts to cover-up, and even officially deny. . . child sex abuse committed by UUA clergy and UUA Religious Educators etc.

That being said, I do take note of the fact that the UUA recently published to the UUA website a list of "less than perfect" Unitarian Universalist ministers who have been removed from fellowship with the UUA's aptly named Ministerial *Fellowship* Committee, and that this list of defellowshipped UUA ministers names three "ministers of the Association" who have been convicted for committing sex crimes involving the sexual abuse of children. These three UUA*UUMA ministers are Rev. Alexander (Sandy) McEachern who was removed from fellowship in 1984 for Conduct Unbecoming (sexual misconduct - criminal conviction for child molestation), Rev. Mack Wallace Mitchell who was removed from fellowship in 1993 for Conduct Unbecoming (criminal conviction for statutory rape and kidnapping), and Rev. Ronald Eugene Robinson who was removed from fellowship in 2017 for Conduct Unbecoming (criminal possession of child pornography).

This is a significantly delayed, indeed quite belated, step in the right direction by the UUA, however I expect the UUA to much more publicly name these three child abusing "ministers of the Association" when it publicly apologizes for falsely accusing me of blasphemous libel for blogging about one of them. I will add that asserting that Rev. Mack Wallace Mitchell was convicted of "statutory rape" minimizes and sanitizes what Rev. Mack Mitchell was actually convicted of, which I believe included the "forcible rape" and what was termed "unnatural rape" of a teenage Tibetan refugee. I take note of how the Unitarian Universalist Association minimizes and sanitizes U*U clergy sex abuse when it is no longer able to cover it up and conceal it. . . I expect the UUA to cease and desist from minimizing and sanitizing sex crimes, and non-criminal sexual misconduct, committed by UUA clergy. I also expect the UUA to name ALL UUA ministers and UUA Religious Educators who have been credibly accused of the sexual abuse of children when it finally gets around to publicly apologizing for falsely accusing me of the crime of blasphemous libel for telling the readily verifiable Truth about "such despicable crimes as pedophilia and rape" committed by "certain Unitarian Universalist ministers".

I remind Stikeman Elliott and the Unitarian Universalist Association that, in falsely accusing Yours Truly of the archaic criminal act of blasphemous libel for blogging about "such despicable crimes as pedophilia and rape" committed by "ministers of the Association", the UUA not only ignominiously terminated a centuries old Unitarian*Universalist tradition of opposing blasphemy laws, but somewhat inadvertently deemed "such despicable crimes as pedophilia and rape" to be sacred and holy to Unitarian Universalism, at least when "such despicable crimes" are committed by "ministers of the Association". . .

IS still falsely accusing Yours Truly of blasphemous libel for blogging about "such despicable crimes as pedophilia and rape" committed by Rev. Mack Wallace Mitchell, to say nothing of Rev. Alexander (Sandy) McEachern, Rev. Ronald Eugene Robinson, and other pedophile*rapist Unitarian*Universalists.
