Giving Rev. Dr. Tim Jensen Credit Where Credit Is Due. . .

I find it more than a little bit ironic that Rev. Dr. Tim Jensen's blog post immediately following his 'Is it a Phoenix or an "Obama"?' blog post, in which the so-called, self-titled, (not to mention self-appointed) Eclectic Cleric falsely accuses me of falsely accusing him of plagiarizing my original and unique ideas that this particular U.S. electoral map is a kind of Rorschach Ink Blot Test in which one may perceive the United States of America rising like a Phoenix from the ashes following the election of Senator Barack Obama as president of the United States, is about 'Excellence in Ministry'. Right. . . A blog post about excellence in ministry immediately following a blog post that publicly displays Rev. Dr. Tim Jensen's stunning hubris and outrageous hypocrisy, to say nothing of his disingenuousness, deceitfulness, dishonesty and slanderous insinuations about me. . . I guess that, like his far from excellent colleague Rev. Ray Drennan, The Klepto Cleric believes that the best defense is offense. . .

I can't help but notice that the first sentence says -

"Over at iMinister and PeaceBang, my dear friends Christine and Vickie are hosting a conversation about Excellence in Ministry."

If Rev. Christine Robinson is counted amongst Rev. Dr. Tim W. Jensen's "dear friends" it is almost inconceivable that he did not see my comments about the U.S. electoral map cum Rorschach Ink Blot Test cum Phoenix rising from the ashes that I had posted to her 'Purple America' blog post and is not subscribed to her iminister blog via an RSS feed. Not that the hard evidence in the form of the 200px × 135px JPEG image of the 2008 U.S. electoral map that The Klepto Cleric used to illustrate his 'Can You Name This Creature?' blog post that directly associates it with the identical 200px × 135px JPEG image used to illustrate Rev. Christine Robinson's 'Purple America' blog post doesn't trump all of the circumstantial evidence that strongly suggests that Rev. Dr. Tim Jensen came, and saw, and plagiarized. . .

Still, I did find one apparently unique expression in Rev. Tim Jensen's 'Excellence In Ministry' blog post that speaks to me, and thought that I would share it here while giving full credit aka "a little honest attribution" to Rev. Dr. Tim W. Jensen for seemingly being the original author of this particular "bon mot". As I am wont to do I have embedded some revealing hyperlinks into this saying of Rev. Tim Jensen aka The Eclectic Cleric now ALSO aka The Klepto Cleric -

Patience, Persistence, Tenacity and Commitment to a Larger Vision are often far more important to success than mere brilliance and hard work alone.
