UUA President Rev. Peter Morales Holiday Message 2013 And Such Despicable Crimes as Pedophilia And Rape - What's The Connection?
How about the fact that in his 2013 Holiday Message UUA President Peter Morales wonders how many times he has not helped simply because he was preoccupied by his own concerns and NOT paying attention?
But don't take *my* word for it U*Us.
Take UUA President Peter Morales' word for it as stated in his Holiday Message for 2013.
"And I wonder how many times I have not helped simply because I was preoccupied by my own concerns and not paying attention."
I guess President Peter Morales' was preoccupied by his own concerns and NOT paying attention when he responded to my reasonable request for him take steps to ensure that the UUA responsibly reopened and reexamined my clergy misconduct complaints against Rev. Ray Drennan and Rev. Victoria Weinstein by bluntly refusing to do so, tersely saying -
"We're not reopening something that's years and years and years old."
When I calmly and politely put this request to him during a break in the April 2010 UUA Board of Trustees meeting.
And no doubt President Peter Morales' was quite preoccupied by his own concerns, and NOT paying attention, when he "less than helpfully" authorized the UUA's Canadian attorney, Stikeman Elliott Barristers & Solicitors litigation lawyer Maitre Marc-André Coulombe, to reopen some things that were not only years and years and years old, such as Peacebang's Big Fat U*U Sodomy Fantasy imagining "South Dakota State Senator Bill Napoli anally impaled on the Statue of Liberty's torch", but certain things that were more than two decades old, such as Rev. Mack W. Mitchell's forcible rape of vulnerable teenage Tibetan refugees, when Maitre Coulombe ever so viciously falsely accused me of the archaic crime of blasphemous libel for allegedly making "unfounded and vicious allegations to the effect that ministers of the Association engage in such despicable crimes as pedophilia and rape" in early June of 2012. . .
I mean *really* U*Us.
What *was* President Morales thinking?
Imagine if, unlike the kind Spanish gentleman who helped Peter Morales and his family in Granada almost 40 years ago, President Morales had not so easily ignored my plight when I sought his help in overturning unjust, unequitable, and "less than compassionate" UUA clergy misconduct rulings in April of 2010. I would have never known the pure joy of being falsely accused of the archaic crime of blasphemous libel by UUA President Peter Morales and other outrageously hypocritical Atheist U*U leaders of Unitarian Universalist Association such as retired UUA Executive Vice President Kathleen 'Kay Montgomery. If only President Morales had not chosen to "mind his own business" by refusing to practice justice, equity and compassion in his human relations with me and other UU clergy misconduct victims. If only President Morales had reached out to this stranger in April of 2010, to say nothing of earlier opportunities that President Morales had to reach out to me prior to the April 2010 UUA Board meeting. Imagine if President Morales had instead chosen to be helpful and had continued to help until the problem was resolved?
Just imagine how many people around the U*U World might have benefited from such a simple act of kindness. Imagine the difference President Morales might have made in the lives of numerous "others". Imagine if in April 2010 UUA President Rev. Peter Morales, other top level UUA leaders including former UUA Moderator Gini Courter and the UUA Board of Trustees, had responded in responsibility to "the Spirit that bloweth where it listeth", had opened their awareness to the UUA's shameful track record of institutional stonewalling and denial in response to clergy misconduct complaints, and had opened their quite evidently corpse-cold Unitarian hearts to the real opportunities to act out of compassion and provide some real and tangible restorative justice for ALL victims of UU clergy misconduct that I presented to them during the April 2010 Board meeting.
No, instead of making even a half-hearted effort to "do the right thing" in April of 2010, UUA President Rev. Peter Morales, no doubt aided and abetted by UUA Executive Vice President Kathleen 'Kay Montgomery and various other members of the "inner circle" of The U*U Movement ensconced in The Place That Reeks Of Privilege And Hierarchy aka 25 Beacon Street in Boston, chose the Big Fat U*U Fate of finding the time to "less than passively" reach out to Yours Truly on the fateful Friday of June 1st, 2012, with *this* little miracle in someone’s life. LOL!
