Is Rev. Peter Morales The Token Latino Hispanic President Of The UUA?
In a classic example of "pot calling the kettle black" (dare I say Big Fat U*U Pot calling the kettle black?) Rev. Peter Morales, the token Latino*Hispanic President of the UUA, described Sheriff Joe Arpaio's police department with the following words in his The Huffington Post opinion editorial piece aka Op*Ed en*titled 'Handcuffs, Hangman and Jesus: Reflections on My Arrest at the SB 1070 Protests in Phoenix' -
"Except for a few tokens, this is an overwhelmingly white anglo sheriff's department."
Hmmm. . .
It seems to me that, if one simply changed the two final words "sheriff's department" to "religious community", or "fringe religion" or something. . . President Peter Morales aka Rev. Pedro Morales, who is officially billed as "the first Latino president of the UUA", *could* be talking about a certain "tiny, declining, fringe religion" I know of. . .
No U*Us?
