Will Muammar al Gaddafi aka Muammar al Qaddafi Seek Political Asylum In The U*U World?

What with the UUA's Standing On The Side Of Love campaign rather questionably cherry-picking the Bible for passages that call for the welcoming of foreigners aka strangers it seems to *me* that Libyan dictator Muammar al Gaddafi aka Muammar "Al" Qaddafi etc. etc. just *might* be knocking on the door of 25 Beacon Street aka *The* Place That Reeks Of Privilege & Hierarchy seeking political asylum in the U*U World any day now. . .

The Standing On The Side Of Love campaign asserts that -

"Throughout history, cultures have argued over how to regard those who come from other lands, and throughout the Bible and other holy books, the verdict convincingly falls on the side of embracing foreigners with respect and support."

The Standing On The Side Of Love campaign goes on to cite Hebrews 13:1-2:

“Keep on loving one another as brothers and sisters. Do not forget to show hospitality to strangers, for by so doing some people have
shown hospitality to angels without knowing it.”

Romans 12:13:

“Share with the Lord’s people who are in need. Practice hospitality.”

and Matthew 25:35:

“For I was hungry, and you fed me. I was thirsty, and you gave me a drink. I was a stranger, and you invited me into your home.”

in support of that contention.

So if Libyan dictator Colonel Muammar al Gaddafi decides to shack up at 25 Beacon Street the UUA would be rather hard pressed to say no to him, without being accused of hypocrisy. . .
