Isn't It Aboot Time U*Us Learned To Stop Worrying And Love The Bumb aka The Emerson Avenger?
The Emerson Avenger's #1 2009 UUA Presidential Campaign slogan, albeit not the only one nor even necessarily the U*Ultimate official one, such as 2009 UUA Presidential Candidate Rev. Peter Morales' rather long winded 2009 UUA Presidential campaign slogan -
"We can be the religion of our time if we can somehow miraculously grow "The U*U Movement" into it from the tiny, declining, fringe religion that U*Uism currently *is* within two or three decades. . ."
for *example*.
Interestingly enough this Dr. Strangelove inspired Presidential Campaign slogan does not intentionally reference Rev. Dr. Laurel Hallman's apparent 2009 UUA Presidential Campaign slogan -
"Love is not a state of being, but an expression of the journey of the heart."
Which *The* U*U Enforcer was only just reminded about now when he went and had a peek at her campaign website to see what it was.
But hey! It works U*Us. . . ;-)
U*Update: It now appears that what I took for UUA Presidential Candidate Rev. Dr. Laurel Hallman's official 2009 UUA Presidential election campaign slogan is but one of a number of sayings of hers that appear at the top of her UUA Presidential campaign website pages. I guess I will have to dig a bit deeper to find Rev. Hallman's official campaign slogan assU*Uming that she actually has one. . .
Seriously U*Us. . .
Isn't it *really* aboot time that U*Us learned to
stop worrying and love The Emerson Avenger? :-)
