Using ALL Of Twitter's 140 Characters Effectively Emerson Avenger Style. . .

The following Tweet just Tweeted to Unitarian Universalist ministers Rev. Debra Haffner and Rev. Naomi King uses all 140 of the maximum amount of characters that Twitter posts are allowed to use. I would like to believe that it is a quite effective use of ALL 140 characters -

@RevDebra @revnaomi What is the point of having "a template for institutional apology in place" if the UUA obstinately refuses to apologize?

It was in response to a Tweet from Rev. Haffner that said -

DH @revnaomi not an easy answer. for clergy misconduct, now a template for institutional apology in place. UUMA and MFC have system. Call?

I am not sure what prompted Rev. Haffner's Tweet. It seems to be in response to something Rev. Naomi King said but I cannot find a recent Tweet from her that would have prompted this response.

It should be noted that the UUA's Ministerial *Fellowship* Committee aka MFC and the Unitarian Universalist Minister's Association have *separate* and seriously flawed and/or deficient systems in place for dealing with clergy misconduct, and Rev. Debra Haffner is well aware of many of the deficiencies and flaws of the MFC and UUMA "systems" that she mentions here. . .
